Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in retail, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or floor management role.
- Experience in the jewellery, luxury retail, or premium retail industry is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Knowledge of jewellery products, gemstones, and precious metals.
