About the Role
We are looking for a pleasant, friendly, and customer-focused CRM Executive to build customer relationships, handle queries, and resolve difficult situations professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, feedback, and service requests.
- Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Make follow-up calls and collect customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database.
- Follow up on enquiries, purchases, schemes, services, and special occasions.
- Handle difficult customers with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Coordinate with the sales team to resolve customer issues.
- Support customer retention and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Pleasant personality with a smiling and positive attitude.
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Tamil & English – Mandatory; Malayalam – Preferred.
- Basic computer, MS Office/Excel, and CRM knowledge.
- Good listening, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Jewellery/retail/CRM experience is an advantage.
- Candidates residing within 5–10 km of the showroom are preferred.
- Candidates with prior CRM experience in jewellery showrooms, retail showrooms, malls, or other customer-facing environments will be preferred.
