Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for various positions.

Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Handle bulk hiring and regular recruitment requirements.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain proper recruitment records and reports.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in recruitment.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with job portals and candidate sourcing.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
- Comfortable working 6 days a week and rotational shifts.
- Candidates who can conveniently commute to Goregaon West are preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
