About the Role
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and creative fresher to join our team as an Influencer Marketing Executive. The candidate will be responsible for identifying influencers, coordinating collaborations, managing communication, and ensuring timely content delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant influencers across Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Reach out to influencers and manage communication for collaborations.
- Coordinate barter and paid influencer collaborations.
- Negotiate and finalize collaboration terms with influencers.
- Brief influencers about campaign requirements, products, content guidelines, and deadlines.
- Track influencer deliverables and ensure content is received on time.
- Maintain and regularly update an influencer database.
- Coordinate product dispatches and follow-ups with influencers.
- Monitor influencer content and engagement.
- Assist in planning and executing monthly influencer marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and creators.
Requirements
- Graduation degree in any field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with influencers over calls, WhatsApp, email, and Instagram.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram and social media trends is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.
