- Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads.
- Explain company products, services, offers, and plans clearly.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls.

- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for lead conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Follow up regularly with pending or interested leads.
- Prepare daily/weekly calling reports for management.
