We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist customers using our mobile applications and software products.

The candidate should be comfortable speaking with customers, understanding their problems, guiding them through the application, and coordinating with our technical team when required.

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, chat, and email

Help customers understand how to use our mobile application

Guide users through login, registration, settings, reports, payments, and other app features

Troubleshoot basic application-related issues

Understand the customer's problem before escalating it to the technical team

Create and track support tickets

Follow up with customers until their issue is resolved

Explain new features and application updates to customers

Collect customer feedback and report recurring problems

Maintain proper records of customer complaints and resolutions

Coordinate with developers and the internal support team for technical issues

Required Skills

Good communication skills in Hindi and English

Comfortable communicating with customers over phone and WhatsApp

Basic understanding of Android/iPhone applications

Basic computer knowledge





Ability to learn new software quickly

Good problem-solving ability

Patient and qualified while dealing with customers

Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets will be helpful

Preferred Candidate

Experience in customer support, software support, SaaS support, telecalling, or technical support is preferred

Freshers with good communication and computer knowledge can also apply

Candidates with experience supporting business applications, ERP, billing, accounting, CRM, or mobile apps will be preferred
