We are looking for a Relationship Manager Coordinator to support the sales team in managing customer relationships, coordinating activities and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes. The candidate should have prior experience in sales or sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the sales team and Relationship Managers for daily activities
- Maintain and update customer data, leads and follow-ups
- Support in scheduling client meetings and site visits
- Track sales performance and daily reports
- Ensure proper communication between customers and internal teams
- Assist in order processing, documentation and follow-ups
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution

Requirements:

- Experience in sales or sales coordination
- Good communication and interpersonal skills




- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho or similar)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Qualification:

- Any graduate / diploma

Experience:

- 1 - 2yrs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
