Team Profile:

Alvarez & Marsal India’s DI -FI team works with healthy and distressed middle-market PE firms as well as with mid to large-cap companies requiring operational turnaround, restructuring, or interim management support.

The team works as partners to develop and execute turnaround plans. It provides liquidity assessment, business plan evaluation, creditworthiness assessment, & stakeholder negotiation services to clients.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

As an Industrial Trainee, candidate would support live engagement team in execution involving:

- Financial modelling/ Business plan development

- Industry discussions

- Secondary research on market, trends, competitive analysis

- Develop decks for modules they / he / she works on

- Make internal presentations

- Work on industry/sector/service line POV/BD document

Qualification & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

- CA intermediate with minimum 1 year of articleship experience

- Prior experience in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and Financial Restructuring is preferred





- Preference will be given to candidates with:

- Articleship experience at a Big 4 firm

- CA Intermediate rank holders

- Must be available for an industrial training tenure of 9–12 monthss.
