Job Description
As a Sales Executive at Trading Spheres, you will be responsible for speaking with prospective students, understanding their learning objectives, explaining our trading courses, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Your role is to build trust, answer questions, and help qualified prospects choose the right course for their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and inquiries.
- Counsel prospective students about Trading Spheres' trading courses and programs.
- Understand each prospect's goals and recommend suitable learning programs.
- Explain course features, pricing, schedules, and enrollment procedures.
- Follow up with interested prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Update lead status and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Work closely with the marketing and support teams to improve conversions.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales or telecalling experience is preferred.
- Experience in education, edtech, financial services, or training sales is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
