Products can include chemicals, metals, industrial raw materials, commodities and other B2B products.

We are looking for a highly energetic International Trade Research & Sourcing Executive who is excellent at internet research, supplier discovery, buyer research, AI tools, Excel and systematic follow-up.

This person will work closely with the International Trade Manager and management team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research International Requirements

Take a product requirement and research:

* Product specifications

* Manufacturers

* Suppliers

* Exporters

* Buyers

* Importers

* Countries of origin

* Destination markets

* Market prices

* Trade data

* HS codes

* Certifications

* Regulatory requirements

2. Supplier Discovery

Find potential suppliers using:

* Google

* Company websites

* Industry directories

* Trade databases

* Government databases

* LinkedIn

* B2B platforms

* Trade associations

* AI research tools

Identify multiple suppliers rather than relying on the first search result.

3. Supplier Verification

Research and record:

* Company name

* Manufacturing location

* Website

* Product range

* Production capacity

* Export markets

* Certifications

* Contact details

* Export history

* Available specifications

Identify whether the company is a manufacturer, distributor, trader or broker.

4. RFQ Management

Prepare and send professional RFQs.

Follow up with suppliers to obtain:

* Price

* MOQ

* Quantity availability

* Specification

* Packaging

* Lead time

* Incoterm

* Payment terms

* Loading port

* Certificates

* COA

* SDS

* Regulatory information

5. Buyer Research

Find potential international buyers, importers and distributors.

Prepare databases containing:

Experience

2–5 years preferred.

Fresh graduates with exceptional research ability, English communication, Excel skills and demonstrated AI proficiency may also be considered for an entry-level position.

This is not a data-entry job.

We need someone who can think, research, investigate, use AI, communicate with international companies and turn incomplete information into actionable commercial intelligence.

A candidate who is naturally curious, technologically comfortable and persistent in follow-up will be highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
