About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, develop new client relationships, and identify opportunities across the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the real estate sector.

Build and maintain relationships with developers, builders, investors, channel partners and clients.

Generate leads through networking, referrals, calling and digital platforms.

Conduct market research and identify emerging opportunities.

Handle client meetings, presentations, negotiations and business closures.

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support business growth.





Drive digital lead generation through social media, Google, Meta and other platforms.

Use CRM, AI tools and automation for prospecting, follow-ups and reporting.

Monitor business pipeline, conversions and revenue.

Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.

Candidate Profile

4–7 years of experience in Real Estate Business Development / Sales.

Strong understanding of the real estate market.

Experience managing client and business relationships.

Exposure to Digital Marketing, CRM, AI tools and automation preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Target-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
