We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage paid advertising campaigns, clients, and the performance marketing team in a digital marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, CPL, and ROAS.
- Manage multiple client accounts and maintain solid client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and develop performance marketing strategies.
- Manage and guide team members to ensure timely delivery and campaign performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with clients.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in Google & Meta advertising.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing .
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good analytical, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and a team.
- Agency experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
