Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Ensure accurate books of accounts and timely month-end closures.
- Coordinate with authorities for filing various RBI-related compliances for overseas subsidiary companies.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
- Oversee vendor payments, reimbursements, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant (CA) for account finalization and tax filings.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Assist with audits, ROC filings, BSE compliances, and legal documentation.
- Liaise with banks and manage fund flow processes.
- Prepare MIS and financial reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Implement accounting best practices and drive system improvements.
- Monitor cash flow for operational requirements and future financial planning.
- Lead, guide, and mentor the junior accounts team.





Educational & Work Experience

- Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
- Proficiency in Tally.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

- Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
- Proficiency in Tally.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Key Skills

- Strong proficiency in Tally and Advanced Excel.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
