Job Summary

The Collection Officer is responsible for ensuring timely EMI collections from customers, maintaining healthy customer relationships, resolving customer concerns, and achieving monthly collection targets. The role requires regular field visits and effective coordination with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers in the assigned territory for EMI collection.
- Ensure timely collection and recovery of overdue payments.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly collection reports.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Follow company policies and compliance guidelines during collections.
- Coordinate with branch and credit teams for recovery-related activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in collections,



recovery, finance, or field operations.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
