- Study incoming RFQs (Request for Quotation) and schedule the submission with Team Lead
- Assists in reviewing tender documents, understanding eligibility criteria, coordinating with technical and accounts teams, preparing and compiling compliance documents, and supporting the compilation of technical and financial bids.
- Provides support in drafting official correspondence and assists in timely submission of bids through GeM, e-procurement portals, and offline modes.
- Also supports senior team members in pre-bid meetings, post-bid clarifications, and coordination with clients and concerned authorities as required.
- should work independently on Commercial Kitchen Equipments BOQ's.
- Drafting and Negotiation of agreements/commercial contracts needed for business operations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
