Telecaller
Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and maintaining customer relationships for our UPS, Battery, AMC, and Power Backup Solutions business.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
Introduce Access Power Link's products and services, including:
UPS Systems
Batteries
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
Power Backup Solutions
Preventive Maintenance Services
Identify customer requirements and qualify leads.
Schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Maintain customer records in Excel/CRM.
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements.
Meet daily calling and lead generation targets.
Handle customer inquiries professionally.
Maintain regular follow-ups until lead closure.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.
Confident speaking over the phone.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to achieve daily calling targets.
Qualification:
Graduate/Undergraduate
Experience: 0–3 years in Telecalling,
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
