# HSE Executive / Senior Executive – 100 MW Ground-Mounted Solar Project

### Job Summary

We are looking for an **HSE Executive / Senior Executive** to support day-to-day Health, Safety and Environmental activities for our **100 MW ground-mounted solar project**. The candidate will be responsible for site safety monitoring, inspections, toolbox talks, PTW/LOTO compliance, risk assessments, incident reporting and contractor safety.

### Key Responsibilities

* Conduct daily **site safety inspections** and identify unsafe acts/conditions.

* Monitor HSE compliance across **civil, mechanical and electrical activities**.

* Ensure proper PPE usage and safe working practices.

* Monitor safety during **solar module/MMS installation, cable laying, inverter/transformer installation, HT/LT works, substation works, excavation, lifting and commissioning activities**.

* Ensure compliance with **Permit-to-Work (PTW), LOTO, JSA and Risk Assessment** requirements.

* Monitor high-risk activities including **work at height, hot work, lifting, excavation, electrical works and heavy equipment movement**.

* Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions and regular HSE awareness programs.

* Report and support investigation of **accidents, near misses and unsafe occurrences**.

* Track closure of safety observations, corrective actions and NCRs.





* Monitor contractor/subcontractor HSE compliance.

* Support emergency preparedness, fire safety, first aid and mock drills.

* Ensure proper housekeeping, waste management and environmental compliance.

* Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, training records, PTW records and daily/weekly HSE reports.

### Required Skills & Experience

* **4–10 years of relevant HSE experience** in Solar EPC, Power or similar projects.

* Ground-mounted solar project experience will be an advantage.

* Good knowledge of **construction safety and electrical safety**.

* Practical knowledge of **PTW, LOTO, JSA, Risk Assessment, PPE and incident reporting**.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work closely with workers, supervisors, contractors and project teams.

* Willingness to work at the **Tadipatri project site**.

### Preferred Certifications

**Diploma in Industrial Safety / NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA / ISO 45001 / First Aid / Fire & Safety** certifications will be an advantage.
