Job Role: Salesforce Communication Cloud

Job Description:

The role of a Salesforce Communication Cloud Consultant involves driving CRM transformation, process optimization, and digital modernization initiatives within the Telecom/Communications domain.

Key responsibilities include:

- Optimizing Salesforce Communications Cloud initiatives across business functions.
- Aligning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communications Cloud capabilities to support end-to-end customer journeys.
- Improving the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle, from chance management through order fulfillment and service activation.
- Enhancing and streamlining CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) catalogs, product structures, pricing models, and workflows.
- Improving order management, provisioning, and service delivery processes within Salesforce ecosystems.
- Designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms, including billing systems, ERP platforms,



network inventory tools, and middleware solutions.
- Ensuring consistency, quality, and governance of data flow across CRM and downstream systems.
- Supporting workflow automation initiatives to improve business productivity and customer experience.
- Configuring and optimizing Salesforce CRM processes, workflows, approvals, and business rules.
- Enabling API orchestration and integration capabilities using enterprise integration frameworks.
- Collaborating with business and technology teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
