Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to communicate with potential and existing customers over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for explaining products or services, generating leads, following up with customers, and maintaining accurate call records.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products, services, offers, and advantages clearly.
- Generate leads and identify interested customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales or appointments.
- Handle customer questions and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
- Update customer information in CRM or company databases.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling or sales targets.




- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and customer requirements.
- Maintain a professional and polite approach during all customer interactions.

Requirements

- 12th pass or graduate; freshers may also apply.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer and data-entry knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.
- Previous telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
