Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Strategy
● Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
● Plan campaigns across digital, content, PR, events and partnerships.
● Identify new markets, clients and business opportunities.
● Define marketing KPIs and track performance.
2. Brand & Communications
● Own and strengthen the Studio 5 Design brand positioning.
● Ensure consistent brand communication across website, social media, presentations and campaigns.
● Develop compelling project stories, case studies and thought-leadership content.
● Manage PR, media relations, awards and industry visibility.
3. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
● Lead SEO, social media, website and digital marketing activities.
● Develop campaigns that generate qualified enquiries and business leads.
● Track website performance, campaigns, leads, conversions and ROI.
● Work closely with Directors and Business Development to convert marketing opportunities into business.
4. Budget & Reporting
● Prepare and manage the marketing budget.
● Monitor marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness.




● Provide monthly and quarterly performance reports to Directors.
● Use market research and data to guide marketing decisions.
5. Team Leadership
● Build and lead Studio 5’s marketing team.
● Define roles, responsibilities and KPIs.
● Manage internal team members, agencies and external partners.
● Create efficient marketing processes and a performance-driven culture. Ideal Candidate ● 5–12+ years of marketing experience, preferably in architecture, interior design, real estate, luxury, hospitality or premium brands.
● Robust understanding of brand building, digital marketing, content and lead generation.
● Strategic thinker with strong creative and analytical skills.
● Experience managing budgets, agencies and marketing teams.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Experience with UAE/GCC or international markets is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
