- 10 to 12 years experience needed as General Manager
- Manage the overall factory operations and ensure achievement of production, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Lead and coordinate Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, HR, Administration, Planning.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness.
- Monitor production planning, manpower, raw materials, inventory, equipment, and plant performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Review departmental KPIs and ensure timely achievement of operational objectives.
- Lead and motivate department heads and factory employees.
- Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, cost reduction,



and operational excellence.
- Coordinate with senior management on budgets, business plans, plant performance, and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure effective preventive maintenance and maximum availability of plant and machinery.
- Identify operational challenges and implement timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Build a culture of safety, quality, discipline, accountability, and performance.
