Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with a minimum of 7 years of experience, preferably in an automobile showroom or dealership. The candidate will handle day-to-day accounting, sales, purchase transactions, banking, inventory accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and verify sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain customer and vendor accounts and conduct regular reconciliations.
- Handle bank reconciliation, cash transactions, and daily collection reports.
- Coordinate with the sales, service, spare parts, and administration teams.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor outstanding customer and vendor balances.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants.
- Check invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.




- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely correction.
- Maintain proper financial records and documentation by supporting management with financial analysis and other accounting requirements.

Requirements

- Minimum 7 years of accounting experience; automobile dealership/showroom experience will be advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance.
- Positive knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with Tally/ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
