Key Responsibilities-

- Lead QA/QC inspectors, supervisors, and technicians.
- Conduct training, performance reviews, and skill development.
- Manage customer complaints effectively.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure corrective actions.
- Evaluate and audit vendors.
- Drive supplier quality improvement initiatives.
- Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives.
- Analyze quality KPIs (rejection rate, rework, COPQ) and drive improvements.
- Conduct internal audits and manage external audits (ISO/customer).
- Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation
- Oversee testing equipment and calibration.
- Ensure adherence to quality testing standards.
- Work closely with production, procurement, and design teams.
- Support new product development (NPD) and process optimization





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of metallurgy (brass, iron, alloys).
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in quality tools: SPC, FMEA, 7 QC tools, CAPA.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Metallurgical Engineering 5–10+ years of QA/QC experience in hardware or metal manufacturing
