Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter who has completed an HR internship and is ready to start a career in recruitment and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media and other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
- Assist with joining and onboarding formalities
- Handle recruitment-related documentation and HR coordination
Requirements
- Completed HR/Recruitment Internship
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes
- Comfortable making calls and communicating with candidates
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Freshers with relevant HR internship experience can apply
Salary
₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Depending on skills, communication and interview performance.
