Key Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives, target audiences, and business goals.
- Conduct market, competitor, audience, and industry research to identify strategic opportunities.
- Build integrated digital plans across Social Media, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and other relevant channels.
- Develop monthly/quarterly digital marketing roadmaps and campaign strategies.
- Translate business objectives into clear digital KPIs, campaign objectives, and measurable outcomes.
- Work closely with Brand Managers, Content Writers, Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Performance Marketers, SEO teams, and Influencer Marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Guide creative teams with strong campaign concepts, communication directions, content pillars, and creative briefs.
- Analyse campaign and platform performance and provide actionable recommendations for optimisation.
- Prepare and present campaign strategies, performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.
- Identify emerging digital trends, platform updates, consumer behaviour shifts, and new marketing opportunities.
- Monitor competitors and benchmark client performance against industry standards.
- Develop strategies for new client pitches, campaign proposals, and business presentations.
- Ensure all campaigns maintain consistency with the client's brand positioning, communication strategy, and overall marketing objectives.
- Track campaign budgets and ensure marketing activities are aligned with planned investments and expected outcomes.
- Continuously experiment with current formats, platforms, content approaches, and digital marketing techniques.
- Stay updated with developments in AI, social media algorithms, performance marketing, SEO, content trends,



and digital advertising platforms.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Understanding of SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, influencer marketing, and paid media.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to convert data and insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and digital trends.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
- Good understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and campaign objectives.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
- Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and other marketing analytics platforms will be an advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
- A certification in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or Analytics will be an added advantage.

- Growth in client digital presence and business performance.
- Campaign ROI and achievement of defined KPIs.
- Quality and effectiveness of digital strategies.
- Client satisfaction and retention.
- Timely delivery of strategies, campaign plans, and reports.
- Improvement in campaign engagement, leads, conversions, traffic, and other relevant metrics.
- Contribution to new business pitches and successful client acquisition.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
