Summary:
As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and managing comprehensive project activities from initiation through completion within a globally distributed delivery framework. This role requires coordinating various aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and maintaining effective communication across diverse teams. The practitioner actively monitors project progress, addresses challenges, and facilitates smooth execution to meet deadlines and deliverables, contributing to the overall success of the assigned program or contracted service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support project transparency and accountability.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple project tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports to inform decision-making.
- Experience in coordinating resources and managing project schedules within a global delivery workplace.
- Competence in using project management tools and software to track progress and performance.
