Job Description – Senior Windows Administrator (L2- Infrastructure)

Windows Administrator – Information Technology (IT)

Relevant Experience : 5 Years-9 years’ experience

MUST-PAM & MICROSOFT EXCHANGE

NEED candidate of More than L2 level

Location:Noida

Key Responsibilities-

Active Directory & Identity Management-

- Lead the administration, governance, and optimization of Microsoft Active Directory across enterprise environments. (windows 2022)
- Manage Active Directory Domain Controllers, including installation, promotion, demotion, and migration, replication, and disaster recovery.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve Active Directory replication and authentication issues.
- Perform Active Directory Schema updates to support infrastructure enhancements and enterprise application integrations.
- Design, implement, and support LDAP integrations between Active Directory and enterprise applications.
- Administer Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) for Single Sign-On (SSO), including configuration, certificate lifecycle management, and application integration.
- Iraje PAM access management.

Windows Server Administration-

- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments across physical and virtual infrastructures.
- Configure and manage enterprise Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security, compliance, and endpoint configuration standards.
- Perform Windows server hardening, vulnerability remediation, and security compliance activities.

Patch & Endpoint Management-

- Lead enterprise patch management using Manage Engine Endpoint Central.
- Ensure timely deployment of security updates and vulnerability remediation across Windows environments.

E-Mail, Messaging & Collaboration-

- Administer Microsoft Exchange and Google Workspace environments.
- Manage mailboxes, distribution groups, backup, and restoration.
- Troubleshoot email delivery, authentication, and messaging infrastructure issues.

Mobile Device Management-





- Manage enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions using Google Workspace.
- Enforce device security policies, compliance standards, and enterprise mobility management.

Incident, Change & Service Management-

- Manage incidents and service requests through ManageEngine ITSM while ensuring SLA compliance and adherence to ITIL best practices.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical infrastructure incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Participate in change management processes, ensuring minimal business disruption during infrastructure changes.

Documentation-

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.
- Ensure infrastructure governance, security compliance, operational standards, and continuous service improvement.
