About the Role

Niva Ecotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for Solar PV, BESS, electrical, structural, and project-related materials. The role requires strong vendor coordination, negotiation, cost control, and timely material procurement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities as per project and operational requirements.
- Source and evaluate vendors, obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize commercial terms.
- Prepare and process RFQs, comparative statements, Purchase Orders (POs), and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery, quality, specifications, and payment terms.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships and identify current suppliers.
- Coordinate with Project, Design, Stores, Accounts, and Operations teams for material requirements.
- Monitor material availability, lead times, delivery schedules, and pending orders.
- Support cost optimization and alternate vendor development initiatives.
- Maintain purchase records,



vendor data, MIS, and procurement reports.
- Ensure procurement is aligned with company policies, quality standards, and project timelines.

Desired Profile

- Diploma / B.E./B.Tech / Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- 4+ years of relevant Purchase/Procurement experience; Solar, EPC, Electrical, Steel, Fabrication, or BESS industry experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of vendor management, negotiation, RFQ, PO, comparative analysis, and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP/Purchase software experience will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of solar structures, electrical equipment, cables, modules, inverters, BESS, steel/fabrication materials will be an added advantage.
