About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Real Estate Broker / Property Sales Executive to handle the sale of our land and property portfolio.
The ideal candidate should have a strong existing client network, particularly among HNIs, investors, business owners, developers, industrialists and corporate buyers, and a proven ability to close high-value property transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bring qualified buyers for land, commercial and other high-value properties.
- Maintain and actively develop a robust network of HNI clients, investors, developers and corporate buyers.
- Generate qualified leads through personal networks, referrals and market contacts.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits and buyer meetings.
- Understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties.
- Negotiate commercially and coordinate with all parties until transaction closure.
- Maintain confidentiality of property information and client details.
- Build long-term relationships with high-value clients and generate repeat/referral business.
- Provide regular updates on leads, site visits, negotiations and closures.
Candidate Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant real estate brokerage/sales experience preferred.
- Strong existing customer database / client network is highly desirable.
- Proven access to HNIs, investors, developers, industrialists and business owners.
- Strong knowledge of the Kolkata and surrounding real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and close high-value transactions.
- Professional, well-presented and highly networked.
- Candidates with a proven track record of high-value property closures will be preferred.
Compensation
Attractive performance-based commission/incentive structure, with earnings linked to successful property transactions.
