We are looking for a skilled C++ Software Engineer with 3–5 years of professional software-development experience to join our product development team.

The ideal candidate should have strong C++ programming skills and experience or interest in desktop applications, 2D/3D graphics, computational geometry, CAD/CAE or engineering software development.

The role involves working with large existing codebases, third-party SDKs and APIs, developing new product functionality, debugging complex technical issues, and contributing to the architecture and continuous improvement of commercial desktop software products.

Candidates with strong C++ and graphics/geometry experience are encouraged to apply even if they do not have prior experience with our specific CAD technology or SDK.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain software components using C++.
- Develop new features and enhance existing functionality in desktop software applications.
- Work with 2D/3D graphics, geometric entities and coordinate systems.
- Integrate and work with third-party SDKs, APIs and libraries.
- Understand, debug and modify large existing C++ codebases.
- Develop efficient algorithms for geometry, graphics and engineering-related functionality.
- Identify and resolve performance, memory and stability issues.
- Participate in software architecture and technical design discussions.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable and maintainable code.
- Perform unit testing, debugging and root-cause analysis.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain development documentation.
- Work with Git and company-approved source-control systems.
- Collaborate with other developers, consultants and technology partners.
- Guide junior developers where required.
- Research and evaluate new technologies relevant to product development.




- Maintain strict confidentiality of company and third-party source code and intellectual property.

Required Skills

Candidates should have:

- 3–5 years of professional C++ development experience
- Strong knowledge of C++ / Modern C++
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming
- Good knowledge of:
- STL
- Pointers and references
- Memory management
- Data structures and algorithms
- Multithreading concepts
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Visual Studio or equivalent C++ development environments
- Experience with Git/version control
- Experience working with third-party APIs/SDKs/libraries
- Good mathematical, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to understand and work with large existing codebases
- Experience developing commercial desktop applications or technically complex software products

Graphics / Geometry Experience

Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:

- 2D/3D graphics programming

- Engineering or technical software
- CAD/CAE applications

Prior experience with a specific CAD SDK is not mandatory. Strong C++ developers with graphics, geometry or engineering-software experience and the ability to quickly learn new technologies are encouraged to apply.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related engineering/technical discipline.

Compensation

₹10–15 LPA, depending on experience and technical capability.

Higher compensation may be considered for candidates with strong experience in C++ + Qt + computational geometry + commercial CAD/CAE software development.
