- Knowledge in GeM Portal / Tender/ Bidding required
- Manage and update product listings, pricing, and catalogues on the GeM portal.
- Monitor tenders, bids, and reverse auctions daily and coordinate participation in eligible opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, submit bids, and ensure timely documentation as per government procurement guidelines.
- Track and follow up on orders placed through the GeM portal, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, accounts, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of government orders.
- Maintain records of all transactions, communications, and documentation related to GeM operations.
- Build and maintain relationships with government buyers and procurement departments.
- Assist the sales team with client queries, preparing reports, and other administrative tasks.
