Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to manage paid campaigns, generate leads, improve campaign performance, and support the company's overall digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Handle lead generation campaigns and monitor lead quality and cost per lead.
- Set up and manage Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, audiences, campaigns, ad sets, and creatives.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing.
- Monitor key campaign metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with the content/design team for ad creatives, copies, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms and support organic digital marketing activities.
- Conduct basic competitor and market research.
- Track campaign budgets and ensure effective utilization of advertising spend.




- Stay updated with changes in Meta advertising policies, algorithms, and campaign features.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience in Facebook & Instagram paid advertising.
- Good understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Events Manager, Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and Retargeting.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions.
- Positive communication and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics/Google Ads will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for campaign reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant Digital Marketing experience.
- Candidates with proven experience running and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns will be preferred.
- Should be target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with campaign budgets and performance targets.

Salary: As per company standards / Negotiable
Joining: Immediate Preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
