Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista with 1–5 years of experience to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of coffee preparation, beverage service, customer handling, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and hot and cold beverages according to standard recipes.
- Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment efficiently.
- Prepare espresso-based beverages including Espresso, Americano, Cappuccino, Latte, Mocha, and Macchiato.
- Demonstrate knowledge of coffee beans, grinding, extraction, milk steaming, and beverage presentation.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion, and presentation of all beverages.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly, professional, and prompt service.
- Recommend beverages and assist guests with menu selections based on their preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, equipment, counters, and surrounding service areas.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, ingredients, and other supplies and report shortages promptly.
- Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and hotel hygiene standards.
- Handle POS billing and cash transactions accurately when required.




- Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and timely guest service.
- Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Perform daily opening and closing duties of the barista station.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when required.
- Assist in training and guiding junior baristas when assigned.
- Follow all company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

- 1–5 years of relevant experience as a Barista in a hotel, café, restaurant, resort, or hospitality establishment.
- Knowledge of espresso machines and skilled coffee-making techniques.
- Good understanding of coffee preparation, extraction, and milk steaming.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Good command of English; knowledge of Hindi or other local languages is an advantage.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional in appearance.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy hospitality environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Hospitality or Barista certification will be an added advantage.
