We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Telecaller to join our Kolkata office.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospective clients.
- Explain company products/services clearly.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain call records and provide regular updates to the team.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-conversion targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
- Valuable convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
