Position: ODEX Executive

Job Purpose

To manage ODEX-related documentation and coordination by handling VGM filing, Form 13 processing, and document handover activities, ensuring timely and accurate submission of shipping documents and smooth coordination with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle ODEX portal activities related to shipping documentation.
- Process and file VGM (Verified Gross Mass) details on the ODEX portal within the prescribed timelines.
- Prepare and submit Form 13 and ensure compliance with shipping line requirements.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, clients, transporters, and internal operations teams for document processing.
- Manage document handover, including Delivery Orders (DO), Bills of Lading, shipping instructions, and other export/import documents.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of shipping documents before submission.
- Maintain proper records of all ODEX transactions and documentation.
- Follow up with concerned stakeholders to ensure timely document clearance and handover.




- Resolve basic ODEX-related operational issues by coordinating with shipping lines and internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.

Required Knowledge & Skills

- Basic working knowledge of the ODEX Portal.
- Knowledge of VGM filing, Form 13 processing, and document handover procedures.
- Familiarity with export/import shipping documentation.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work under deadlines and maintain accuracy.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers with relevant ODEX knowledge or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in shipping/logistics documentation may apply.

Salary- 15k- 20k ( based on experience & interview )

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
