We are looking for a well-spoken, proactive Telecaller to manage customer communications for our jewellery store. You will connect with clients over calls and WhatsApp Business to share current collections, track orders, and invite them to our showroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Outreach: Call existing and potential clients to promote new gold and diamond arrivals.
- WhatsApp Communication: Share high-quality product images, catalogue links, and offers via WhatsApp.
- Scheme Management: Follow up with customers regarding monthly gold schemes and updates.
- Inquiry Handling: Answer customer queries regarding daily gold rates, making charges, and store hours.
- Walk-in Drives:
Convert phone and WhatsApp inquiries into scheduled showroom visits.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.
- Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling - retail & Jewellery experience.
- Languages: Excellent verbal communication in Telugu, Hindi & English.
- Digital Skills: Strong proficiency in using WhatsApp Business (typing, broadcast lists, labels) and basic computer usage.
- Traits: Polite, patient, persuasive, and maintaining luxury-retail phone etiquette
