Sales Manager – Job DescriptionPosition Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop new business opportunities, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Track market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Conduct sales meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations.
- Support team members in handling customer negotiations and closing deals.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure smooth business execution.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads, prospects,



and customers.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline information.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in sales, with relevant team management experience.
- Solid leadership and team-building abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
