Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive (Solution Specialist Executive) to join our team in Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in sales, customer engagement, and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain solutions clearly to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and other communication channels.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer and lead information in the CRM.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve business targets.
- Build positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Participate in product training and sales development activities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduation in BBA, B.Com, or any degree.
- Freshers to 2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic understanding of IT/Software concepts is preferred.
- Knowledge of CRM / ERP software is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in sales.
- Ability to work towards targets and deliver results.
