Job Summary

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating potential customer leads through cold calling, explaining the company's electric 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers, following up with interested prospects, and converting leads into sales appointments and customers.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident personality, solid convincing abilities, and a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to potential customers.
- Generate new leads and identify potential buyers for EV 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, offers, and benefits to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable EV products.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested and potential customers.
- Convert cold leads into qualified leads, test rides, showroom visits, and sales.




- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain and update customer information, call records, and lead status in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for qualified leads and customer appointments.
- Follow up with customers until the final purchase decision.
- Re-contact old, inactive, and missed leads to generate additional business.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, conversions, and customer feedback.
- Share customer feedback and market information with the Sales Manager.
- Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with prospective customers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
