About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced State Recruiter – US Staffing to join our Noida team. The recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for state, federal, and government positions across the US market. This role requires strong knowledge of compliance-driven hiring, experience with VMS/MSP systems, and effective coordination with clients and account managers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for direct clients across IT and Non-IT roles

- Source, screen, and qualify candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and networking

- Work on VMS/MSP requisitions and ensure timely submission of qualified candidates

- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage the offer process





- Negotiate pay rates and employment terms (W2, C2C, 1099) while ensuring compliance

- Build and maintain pipelines for critical and recurring positions

- Ensure adherence to state/federal hiring guidelines and client policies

- Partner with account managers and delivery leads to achieve hiring targets

Requirements:

- 3–6 years of proven experience in US Staffing with a robust focus on Direct Client hiring

- Solid understanding of US hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099) and compliance

- Experience using ATS (JobDiva, Bullhorn, etc.) and major job boards

- Excellent communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills

- Ability to work US night shifts and manage multiple requirements within deadlines
