1. Position- HR Head.
2. Develop and implement HR strategies and policies.
3. Lead and manage the HR team.
4. Manage employee relations.
5. Hiring and Firing Process.
6. Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs.
7. Analyze HR metrics and report to senior management.
8. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
9. Required Good Communication (Written and Verbal).
10. Experience- 8yrs-15yrs.
11. Salary is negotiable based on last drawn.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
