The Ground Coordinator (GC) is responsible for managing on-ground warehouse operations, including scanning, sorting, and internal movement of shipments to ensure smooth and timely logistics operations. Key Responsibilities Perform scanning and sorting of shipments as per operational guidelines Handle internal movement of packages within the warehouse/hub Ensure accurate tagging, scanning, and documentation of parcel Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor Coordinate with supervisors and team members for smooth workflow Follow SOPs, safety, and compliance standards at all times Support loading and unloading activities when required Requirements & Skills Minimum 10th / 12th pass Ability to work in rotational shifts Physically fit to handle warehouse activities Basic understanding of scanning devices (training provided) Team player with a disciplined and responsible attitude
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
