Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, conversions, and revenue generation.

Guide, motivate, and train sales executives and academic counsellors to improve performance.

Handle high-value leads and key customer conversations to maximize conversions.

Track leads and ensure timely follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, video calls, and meetings.

Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports for management.

Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure proper lead management by the team.

Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Build strong relationships with prospective students and customers.

Identify sales challenges and implement corrective strategies to improve overall performance.





Ensure achievement of individual and team-wise sales targets.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing will be preferred.

2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, EdTech, Education Sales, or a related field.

Candidates with an EdTech background will be preferred.

Proven experience in managing and achieving sales targets.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and counselling skills.

Experience in managing and motivating a sales team.

Strong understanding of sales processes, lead conversion, and CRM management.

Target-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation

Work from Office – Indore

Annual CTC: ₹3,60,000 – ₹6,00,000

Monthly Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000
