- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Call and follow up on leads shared by the sales team.

- Coordinate and schedule meetings with architects and other key decision-makers for the sales team.

- Follow up on product samples and quotations to ensure timely responses and closures.

- Send frequent broadcast messages to clients about new products, offers, or updates.

- Assist with client onboarding and maintain consistent follow-ups for service satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate client records and communication logs.

- Coordinate internally to ensure timely service delivery and address client issues.

- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on client requirements.

- Generate and share regular reports on client communication and follow-ups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
