Key Responsibilities

- Prepare bank letters and correspondence for farmers, vendors, labour and other stakeholders.
- Handle bank visits, submission and collection of DDs, FDRs, cheque books, bank statements, gratuity and other Treasury documents.
- Prepare and monitor Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) for HO, 6 Branch Accounts and Loan Accounts, including closure of pending reconciliation items.
- Coordinate foreign currency arrangements and purchase formalities with banks/currency providers and internal teams.
- Perform Bank Account & PAN API verification for farmers, vendors, labour and other beneficiaries.




- Handle Credit Card accounting and reconciliation, including follow-up for discrepancies.
- Process Treasury-related JV entries, including electricity and other assigned expenses.
- Identify and process vendor reference adjustments and ensure correct accounting/mapping.
- Maintain systematic filing, documentation and secure custody of Treasury and banking records.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
