Seeking an enthusiastic, growth-oriented HR Intern to be a key contributor in building a strong people and culture foundation for a Digital Brand Services Agency. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a keen interest in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement, and a passion for learning about organizational culture and talent management in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Description:

- Assist with day-to-day HR operations
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases to ensure accurate and timely information retrieval.
- Handle general HR administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing HR documents.
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
- Assist in conducting research on HR best practices, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

- Completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Who You Are?

Competency

- The candidate should have a masters degree in Human Resources or similar field.




- Prior experience in an Advertising agency is desirable
- Familiar with and passionate about brand and design principles to collaborate with specialists in the development of all assets.
