Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain and update financial records accurately in Tally. Ensure all vouchers, receipts, and invoices are entered into the system in a timely manner.
Bank Operations: Manage daily bank-related activities, including visits to the bank for deposits, withdrawals, and documentation submission. Maintain accurate logs of all banking transactions.
Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation to ensure that company records match bank statements and vendor/customer statements.
Personal Accounts: Manage and track personal accounts for company management as required, ensuring strict confidentiality and accuracy in reporting.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Assist in processing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding dues.
General Accounting Support: Assist with month-end closing processes,
document filing, preparation of basic financial reports, and any other ad-hoc accounting tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.
Salary will not be constraint for deserving candidate.
Software Proficiency: Mandatory proficiency in Tally (ERP 9 or Tally Prime). Experience with MS Office (specifically Excel) is required.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping, GST compliance basics, and reconciliation processes.
