Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution
● Plan, set up, and run paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn
● Manage campaign budgets, targeting, and bidding to maximize lead quality and cost-efficiency
● A/B test ad creatives, copy, and audiences to improve performance
● Coordinate with the Content Manager for creatives, copy, and campaign assets CRM & Lead Management
● Accurately log and update incoming leads in the CRM system
● Track lead source, status, and follow-up stages
● Ensure clean, organized lead data for the sales/business development team
● Set up basic lead nurturing workflows where applicable Analytics & Reporting
● Monitor campaign performance (CTR, CPL, conversions, ROAS) across platforms
● Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights
● Track website traffic and campaign data via Google Analytics




● Recommend budget reallocation and strategy tweaks based on data trends Requirements
● 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably running paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
● Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
● Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
● Working knowledge of Google Analytics and basic reporting/dashboarding
● Solid attention to detail, especially for data entry and campaign tracking
● Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into recommendations

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
