Requirements

- French B2/C1/C2 certification – Mandatory
- Excellent French & English communication skills
- Graduate Freshers can apply 12th + minimum 6 months BPO/Customer Service experience
- Basic computer knowledge Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle French-speaking customers through voice support
- Assist with flight/hotel bookings and itinerary changes
- Resolve customer queries professionally Maintain CRM records and meet quality & productivity targets Benefits
- Travel/Transport facility as per company policy
- Relocation support for eligible outstation candidates
