Role Description: The Store Associate is a full time, on-site role based at Lemon Tree Hotel Ranchi in Ranchi. The individual in this position will manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, checking, and storing goods; maintaining accurate inventory records; and issuing supplies to various hotel departments. Responsibilities include organizing stock rooms, monitoring stock levels, assisting with stock audits, and ensuring compliance with hotel standards and safety protocols. The Store Associate will coordinate with purchasing and operations teams to support smooth functioning of the hotel, while maintaining a clean, orderly, and efficient store environment.

Qualifications





- Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for coordination with different departments.
- Knowledge of basic store management to handle inventory, stock rotation, and requisitions.
- Attention to detail and basic numerical skills for accurate record-keeping, stock counting, and documentation.
- Prior experience in stores & inventory control in hospitality or related sectors is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Ranchi, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage physical tasks such as lifting and organizing stock.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications or inventory software like Prologic is an advantage.
- Understanding of the basic concepts for a hospitality store like FEFO, LIFO, etc.
- Minimum high school diploma; vocational training or certification in storekeeping, retail, or hospitality is beneficial.
